To track your order, enter your order number and the billing email address used at checkout. Your order number is in your order confirmation email and begins with a #.
You can also view every order on your account, including tracking numbers once a shipment has been dispatched, from your account’s Orders page.
Tracking information becomes available once your order has been prepared for shipment and a shipping label has been generated. If you have questions about a shipment, contact us at support@lumineris.co with your order number.
