Shipping & Delivery
All Lumineris Scientific orders are shipped via FedEx 2Day® at a flat shipping rate within the United States. At this time, Lumineris Scientific ships within the United States only — international shipping is not currently available.
Orders are processed promptly during normal business days. Tracking information is provided once your order has been prepared for shipment and a shipping label has been generated. Transit times begin once the carrier receives the package and may be affected by carrier schedules, holidays, or service disruptions.
All orders are fulfilled and shipped from the Dallas–Fort Worth, Texas metropolitan area.
P.O. Box Deliveries
Yes, we ship to P.O. Boxes. Because FedEx does not deliver to standard P.O. Boxes, these orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail® at the same rate as FedEx 2Day®.
If you place an order using a P.O. Box address, please contact us immediately after placing your order at support@lumineris.co so we can arrange shipment through USPS.
Ordering
Orders may be placed online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week through our secure website.
An account is required to place an order with Lumineris Scientific. Account registration provides access to order history and account information, and includes confirmation that the purchaser meets our age and research-use requirements.
Once your order has been submitted, payment has been received, and the order has been approved for processing, it will be carefully prepared and shipped. A shipping confirmation with tracking information will be emailed once your order has been dispatched.
