30-Day Satisfaction Commitment
Customers may request assistance, a refund, or another appropriate order resolution within 30 days of confirmed delivery by contacting support@lumineris.co.
Our goal is to resolve concerns quickly and reasonably, without unnecessary barriers.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds or other resolutions may be provided when:
- An order is canceled prior to shipment
- An order cannot be fulfilled
- An item arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete
- A shipment is confirmed lost in transit
- There is a verified processing or fulfillment issue
Because the products supplied by Lumineris Scientific are laboratory research materials, physical returns are not required in most cases.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Incomplete Orders
Please notify us within 30 days of delivery and provide:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos, if available, to assist with faster resolution
Where applicable, we may offer your choice of:
- A replacement
- A refund
- Store credit
Shipping Issues
If a shipment is delayed or lost, we will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and assist with resolution.
If a shipment is confirmed lost in transit, a replacement or refund will be issued.
If tracking reflects delivery but you did not receive the package, we will assist you with the appropriate resolution steps.
Our focus is on reaching a fair resolution, not assigning fault.
Refund Method & Timing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method whenever possible.
Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days. Additional processing time may be required by your bank or financial institution before the funds appear in your account.
Store credit may be offered as an option but is never required.
Payment-Method Notes
Credit & Debit Cards: Refunds are issued to the original card whenever possible.
ACH / eDebit: Refunds are issued to the originating account whenever possible.
Cryptocurrency: Due to the finality of blockchain transactions, cryptocurrency purchases may be resolved through store credit or an equivalent-value alternative where a direct reversal is not available.
These payment-method distinctions do not affect eligibility for assistance or an appropriate order resolution.

All products sold by Lumineris Scientific are supplied strictly for laboratory research purposes only and are not intended for human or animal use.
By placing an order, you confirm that you:
